Axial Piston Motors

Kawasaki manufacture a range of axial piston motors. All offer compact designs with good self-priming characteristics and high starting torques. Fixed and variable displacements are available, as are designs for specific applications.

K3X Fixed Displacement

The K3X series has high efficiency and high reliability by using common rotary parts of K3V series pumps which are used widely for construction machines and have many years of experience.

Consisting of 2 frame sizes the motor capacity ranges from 64 to 111cc/rev. The mounting interface is the widely accepted SAE with keyed and splined shaft variants.

M3X/M3B Fixed/Variable Displacement

Building on the knowledge and experiences of reputed MX/MB series, M3X/M3B series have been widely used. This multi purpose motors are available in a wide range of displacement options. The M3X and M3B motors have been time proven extremely reliable in numerous applications including industrial vehicles, construction equipment, marine and industrial machinery.

The M3X series consists of 4 models and 10 displacement types ranging from 149 to 800cc/rev. M3X with reduction gear series covers a displacement range from 845 to 5,120cc/rev.

The M3B series consists of 4 models with displacement range from 195 to 800cc/rev and from 1,512 to 5,120cc/rev for those with reduction gears. Several combinations of large and small displacements are available along with a wide variation of regulators are also available for various control options.

M7X/M7V Fixed/Variable Displacement

The M7X/M7V series is a high speed fixed/variable displacement swash plate type axial piston motor. It is suitable for use in hydrostatic transmissions, drill rigs and crane winch systems.

The M7X/M7V series consists of 3 displacement types ranging from 85 to 160cc/rev. 400 bar continous pressure rating with electronic or hydraulic displacement control options available.
