Warranty Policy

K-One Fluid Power warrants all equipment or parts supplied against defects in materials or workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from date of delivery.


Warranty will only apply to equipment or parts that have not been altered, modified or used for any purpose other than that for which they were designed or stated in writing to be suitable by K-One Fluid Power or component manufacturer.


In the event K-One Fluid Power will correct any defect at its option and expense by either repair or replacement.


If K-One Fluid Power decides it is reasonable to resupply or pay for the resupply of the Product, it does so only on the
following conditions: that the Customer;

  1. Returns the defective Product to a location specified by K-One Fluid Power, as soon as practicable after discovery of the defect and not later than 28 days; and
  2. Pays for transporting the defective Product; and
  3. Specifies in writing the nature of the defects in the Products supplied originally.

Defective parts, on return to K-One Fluid Power, become the property of K-One Fluid Power.

Claims for warranty will only be considered following notification in writing to K-One Fluid Power.

In no event will K-One Fluid Power be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or inconsequential injury, loss or damage.
